William Segal is a seasoned real estate investor, developer and entrepreneur. His expertise includes construction management, property management, real estate investing and finance, design and construction. With a demonstrated track record of more than a decade, Mr. Segal has planned, developed and invested in projects comprising over 4 million SF. Prior to joining his family at Alpha Equity, native New Yorker Mr. Segal was president and cofounder of Signature Capital Group in Brooklyn, NY, where he raised over $150 million in equity and managed $726 million of acquisitions. Mr. Segal works with start-ups and established companies, helping to develop business plans, financial projections, buyout/succession strategies, and assisting in the execution of development projects. An analytical thinker and winning negotiator, Mr. Segal has developed property and initiated acquisitions throughout the Tri-State New-York area as well as in Israel.
