DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION AND OUTREACH
Leslee has been in recruitment for the last thirty years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Community Outreach to Alpha, primarily in healthcare with a focus on Allied Health. Prior to joining Alpha Healthcare Management, she was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Ageility -a Five Star Senior Living, Aleris Life brand, running a team that staffed nationally. Now with Alpha, Leslee is tasked with helping build a dynamic recruitment team and creating processes that will help continue the success and growth of this organization. She will develop partnerships, pipelines and relationships across the region with a goal to identify the best talent that fits our mission and values. Leslee is a graduate of Colby-Sawyer College. She lives in MA with her husband and two sons. Leslee enjoys volunteering, spending time with her friends and family, traveling and spending time on the beach!
