CHIEF NURSING OFFICER
As the Alpha Healthcare Management Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Ashley Weber provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the clinical department. In this role, she provides leadership and direction for the nursing staff and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all functions of nursing, care coordination, pharmacy, facilities, and support services. Ashley is a seasoned and highly-performing health care manager with a strong clinical, compliance and reimbursement background that included successes in organizational growth, turn-around, and performance improvement. Ashley resides in Massachusetts and has been working in long term care for over fifteen years. Ashley received her BSN from Curry College in Milton Massachusetts. Prior to coming to Alpha Health Care management Ashley has led nursing management teams in multi states including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Nevada, Illinois, Washington, North Carolina, and Georgia.
